Our Safety Philosophy
At Swift Elevator . com, our employees and their safety are of utmost importance to the success and well-being of our company. We firmly believe it is our duty as an employer to provide our valued team members with the safest possible workplace environment. To uphold this commitment, we have developed a comprehensive in-house safety program that includes thorough training procedures and regular inspection protocols

To this end, the management of Swift Elevator is dedicated to constantly evaluating and improving general workplace conditions, from safety and cleanliness to employee accommodations. We are always striving to exceed industry standards. We welcome open dialogue with our team members and encourage them to provide feedback and suggestions for enhancements, as we are committed to maintaining an environment where everyone’s voice is heard, and their concerns are addressed.
Our ultimate goal is to foster an atmosphere of trust, empowerment, and mutual success, where our employees know they can depend on us to prioritize their well-being and support their growth and development within the company. We also maintain a strict substance abuse policy, ensuring our employees and customers can always depend on an alert, and responsible workforce. We do have specific substance abuse procedures in place to assist those in need.

The majority of the honorees also must earn ABC’s Accredited Quality Contractor credential, which recognizes commitment to corporate responsibility in quality, safety, talent management—including inclusion, diversity and equity—education and community relations.

Swift Elevator, Inc. is proud to receive the Gold Safety Award from Highwire for the 8th year in a row! This award is presented to companies registering a safety score of 85-94% in the Safety Assessment Program. We are pleased to be recognized for our superior safety management program.
